My Offerings

What I Do

All postpartum sessions are different, and that is why I work with each client to develop a customized postpartum recovery plan. Each session is designed to suit your need in the moment. You might choose to spend the entire session debriefing, or want half the time spent on nursing advice and the other half want to nap and rest while baby is looked after. These decisions are decided at the start of each session. Sessions last between 4-16 hours.

Process

I provide restorative support for managing feelings relating to your birth experience or adjusting to life as a new parent/ growing family. We will discuss ways to recharge and reestablish during this time.

Hands on Support

One on one postpartum care to support the smooth transition into motherhood such as unlimited resources to specialist, support with helping older siblings adjust to the new baby, infant care while parents rest and

re-enrgize and healing food preparation and education.

Packages

This package includes 16 hours of instant hands on care after you arrive home from delivering your little one. (5-6 visits). $1,040.

Welcome Home Package

During the first 6 weeks after delivery, this package includes 50hrs of support. It is often used as 2/3 sessions per week for the first 6 weeks(12-16 visits). $3,250.

Take Care Package

This package includes 12hrs of support. It is often used within two weeks (3-4 visits) . $780

Fill My Cup Package

I provide 4hrs of postpartum care and support.(minimum 4 hours/day). $260.

Refresher Package
